Withdrawal Information

Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
The withdrawal right follows in particular from Section 355 of the German Civil Code. Distance contracts and off-premises contracts are subject to additional information duties under Article 246a EGBGB. The statutory model withdrawal information is the basis for this notice.
Exercising the Right
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, for example by email to info@parabook.cloud.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this refund.
Premium access will be deactivated after a valid withdrawal.
